J&J's Grizzly Store and Camping Resort is located in the high sierra mountains in Portola, California, at the northern most part of the Feather River. We are located approximately 1/2 mile from the Lake Davis Dam. We are close to the quaint town of Portola, California that is well-known for the beautiful Lake Davis, the Feather River, Portola's Western Pacific Railroad Museum, James Beckwourth Historical Museum, the Historical William's House Museum, to mention a few.

We are here to make your camping and outdoor experience at Lake Davis enjoyable!

We have 31 RV and Tent Sites available, and a General Store.

In our General Store, we carry the "HOT" Lake Davis fishing equipment. We also carry fishing and hunting licenses, fire wood, ice, beer, sodas, worms, and "the normal forgotten items". Our General Store is open daily for those "forgotten items".

J&J's Grizzly Store as yet another new service for our customers....We now have out of state off road vehicle tags (ATV, snowmobile, dirt bike).

The General Store is open and ready to provide assistance!  Our campground will be open for recreational camping starting 29 May as allowed by the Plumas County Health Deparment! For the 2020 season, we will not be allowed to rent to tent campers.

We will be renting Aluminum fishing boats, KAYAKS and PADDLE BOARDS this year when allowed by the Plumas County Health Deparment.  Make your reservations before the dates that you want are taken!!
